Dealing with procrastination? Consider your core needs

If you're finding yourself procrastinating about something important (like writing a big paper or completing an important work project) and can't figure out why you can't get motivated about it:

  • Consider your core needs: it's possible that your limbic brain is just trying to do it's job. It might believe that by NOT doing that task, it is protecting one or more of your core needs. Learn about this (and what to do about it :) in this video!
